The demand-side DC electricity-using equipment and newly integrated renewables are driving the transformation of power distribution utilization mode. building system based on technology is emerging as a promising option. In low-voltage (LVDCBDUS), global energy optimization management operational control arrangement key components. To obtain exemplary achievements those, two different (DC BEMS) integration schemes investigated according to respective features application-required functions various networking structures. Centralized decentralized strategies presented discussed for buildings with AC–DC built LVDCBDUSs. On this basis, centralized BEMS strategy applied first multi-scenario low-carbon city-based future project—Shenzhen IBR Future Complex. operation data recorded analysed.
